We wouldn't want you to go to any trouble, Peter. Just put the whole car in.

Are used items ok?

Also, should items be wrapped in such a way that their identity is revealed, or so that you can't tell what they are?

Used OK as long as they still are useful. Wrap anyway you like. "Revealed" or not.

The object of the exercise is fund-raising and everyone understands that. Everyone also enjoys a bit of mystery, so used parts may bring higher bids if they're wrapped.

If they're valuable parts, leaving 'em unwrapped may encourage members to bid to the value.

Thanks again to George. There is a lot of prep that goes on behind the scenes to host an event like this-much appreciated.
